Excellent apartments and Staff, modern, clean and very smart designed. Rooms are big and comfortable and the kitchen has all amenities needed. It also has its own laundry room. The location right close to reforma and in a very nice neighborhood makes it a perfect choice to stay in CDMX. Best price to quality you can find.
The location is very good (close to El Angel de la Independencia) and the size of the apartment is perfect: living room with a small kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms (also, a room with washing and drying machines). However, the cleanliness is not great: the bathrooms look to be fine and clean, but we had to mop the floors as they we're looking bad, while there were some elements in the kitchen also needing cleaning (like the platform for drying the dishes after washing). Also, the concierge doesn't speak English at all, which was a bit surprising.
Very good place to go with families, in couple or friends with 2 rooms and 2 bathroom. A kitchen and living room at disposal. Enough space for all with all amenities included to spend a great vacation

I stayed at Kolben Nuoma during my recent visit to CDMX and couldn’t have been happier. The location is unbeatable—just a few blocks from the Angel of Independence and Paseo de la Reforma .The apartment was spotless, spacious, and equipped with everything I needed: full kitchen, strong Wi‑Fi, washer/dryer, and a sunny terrace . Staff were friendly and available 24/7, and check‑in/check‑out was seamless. Highly recommend for both leisure and business travelers—I'll definitely be back!

My daughter stayed over two months and her experience at Kolben-Nuoma was great. My sister and I also visited and verified how good an Airbnb experience this was. The place was new, clean, and well maintained. It is safe and very conveniently located, near cafes and different lunch and dinner options.
